You give life to the character of ‘Nature’ in ‘Kızılcık Sherbet’, one of the popular TV series of SHOW TV, can you tell us a little about yourself? How did your journey evolve into acting?
I was born on April 18, 1999. I was born and raised in Izmir. I think I carry the pluses of the city where I was born and grew up. I can say that I am active, positive and energetic person. I move forward with excitement without losing my courage in my life path. As I progress, I want to prove myself with my actions. Since my childhood, I have always tried to be interested in a branch of art. When I realized in high school that acting was for me, I turned my focus to acting. After graduating from high school, when the chance for acting knocked on my door, I moved to Istanbul with courage. It was very difficult at first, it was not easy at all, but I did not give up. Now I say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life.
* With which features did ‘Cranberry Sherbet’ meet your criteria?
News from Duy Beni that will upset his fans: It’s making a final
There is experience in ‘Cranberry Sherbet’. They always say; we have a problem. I enjoyed being a part of a story that touched on our common troubles.
What do you think distinguishes ‘Cranberry Sherbet’ from other TV series?
Reality, sincerity, and being us are the most distinctive features in my opinion…
So what would you do if you were actually in ‘Doga’s place?
We are actually similar to ‘Nature’, but I could not have taken such a decision because I could not ignore the logic that mothers know the truth of everything, but I think that I am also a person of love. I guess I don’t have a clear answer to this question yet. (laughs)
Doğa’ is a character who makes radical decisions and listens to the voice of her heart despite her mother ‘Kıvılcım’… How would you define love? What does love mean to you?
I am one of those who listen to the voice of the heart. It’s a feeling that makes you stand up even against yourself. I can say that it is a situation where our emotions rebel against our logic.
How would you evaluate your performance in terms of your profession?
I am at the beginning of a never ending journey. I experience and learn something new in each character and continue on my way. I believe that I can achieve good things thanks to my awareness and determination.
